1. Discreet Packaging & Billing

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or envelopes. There will be no company logos, product descriptions, or any other identifying information on the outside of the package. The sender’s name on the shipping label will be a non-descriptive company name, such as “B.S.T. Logistics” or “Online Retailer,” to ensure your privacy.

For your billing statement, the charge will appear from our company name, which is designed to be discreet and not reveal the nature of the products purchased.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EEST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number.

3. Shipping Destinations & Times

We ship to all countries within the European Union (EU) and selected non-EU countries.

Within the EU:

  • Shipping Method: Standard Tracked Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Outside the EU:

  • Shipping Method: International Tracked Shipping

4. Customs & Import Duties (For Non-EU Customers)

  • For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by the destination country’s customs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on these charges before placing your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website to monitor the progress of your delivery.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

7. Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
